- PowerPoint ▸ Tools ▸ PowerPoint Add-ins ▸ + ▸ pick the file.
- Enable macros. Look for the DMI tab.
Windows
- Right-click the file ▸ Properties ▸ check Unblock.
- File ▸ Options ▸ Add-ins ▸ Manage: PowerPoint Add-ins ▸ Go ▸ Add New.
- Restart PowerPoint. Look for the DMI tab.
